The service
Creator Atlas ("we", "us") surfaces publicly accessible Instagram creator profiles on your behalf, in response to searches you submit. You ("you", "the customer") pay for creators discovered at the rate published on our pricing page.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the data we deliver in a way that complies with applicable law. For email outreach: CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU). You will not resell our raw data feed as a substitute service. You will not use the API to attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. You will not contact minors or use the data for harassment.
Account & billing
Your subscription renews monthly or annually on the cadence you selected. We grant your monthly creator credits on each renewal; unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel any time from the billing dashboard; your data and prior search outputs remain accessible.
Failed payment
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters past_due for up to 30 days while we retry. During that period the service continues to function. After 30 days, no new searches can start, but your existing data stays accessible and re-subscribing restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of payment failure.
Refunds
Failed search jobs are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For subscription refunds within 7 days of the first charge or within 24 hours of a renewal, open a support ticket.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. We do not guarantee that Instagram's underlying data is complete or accurate; we deliver what's publicly visible at the time of your query.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
